Our History
Dave White founded SC Palo Alto to create a search enterprise that stands above all other recruiting companies with a focus on integrity, service, responsiveness, and quality matched to the clients we serve. We offer a variety of programs to fit to your specific needs from on-site, full service staffing to one-off position specific search work. We operate best with an eye on long term relationships as we help companies build their complete teams.
Dave founded SC Palo Alto in 2001 after serving as President of an executive recruiting firm specializing in high-growth communications and wireless technology companies. Dave has over 30 years of high tech and recruiting experience during which he has been Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two high-technology companies and held several sales and marketing management roles during his fourteen years with Hewlett Packard. Dave holds a BSEE degree from Penn State.
